I thought r/c bodies were painted from the outside? How would you get a nice paintjob with painting it on the inside?

inside....the clear body protects the paint, acts as a clear, ect....have you ever painted one? admittedly, it is harder on to paint it on the inside but thats how its done....

Accually it is easier I think to paint the inside. It helps protect it to. I would get a clear body and a can of paint. The usually comes with the decals and wind mask. You have to learn some how right. I have sprayed a few with spray cans. I don't claim to be good but I get by. If you going to bash it hard it don't have to look good.

Peace!

Mike L - sorry the post got a little off topic - lol - 50 dollars is good for a painted body - 2 or more colors - properly masked ( so you dont see color bleed behind window and windshield protective sticker ) and stickered ( or stickers included but not installed ) is good - Its true that if your bashing your truck then its not that important - but it is a good price and if you want your truck to look good - then its well worth it..

Hows that "Hope and Change" working out for Ya???

there is a lady that paints really nice bodies in our town they are kinda expensive but you get what you pay for IMO. heres a link to her site http://www.dalercpainting.com/ she can paint almost anything that you would want. She has painted a few bodies for my family and almost everybody at the local track has run atleast one of her bodies.
