Need some help from the lipo gods. I mean linc. -

I picked up a couple turnigy lipos, soldered them up yada yada... Aaand now that I think about it I did short one of the batts while I was soldering it. Seems to be an all to common occurance for my dumb-ass.
Anyways, put them in the savage and ran it for a few minutes then all of a sudden it died. I had ANOTHER holy christ it is going to light on fire moment but after I relaxed I could not figure out the problem. Got it inside, figured the esc was dead as I could not get anything to work, no esc, servo nudda. Figured my hokey waterproofing job did not work on the esc, then out of curiosity checked the batt voltages.
Wow I am going off topic.
To make a long story short, one cell has nudda, dead cell. Checked the solder job out, everything looks to be connected. Did I kill a cell when i shorted it? This aint my first time shorting a battery but is the first time I have killed one.
Since any thread is worthless without pics, I took a couple of the "snuggies" I made for my batteries. This is how we roll in the north haha.
BAHAHABAHABHABAAAAA, those snuggies are hilarious! Much better idea to keep you batts warm than my method of stuffing them down my pants and thinking about Jessica Biel...
Well, tried re-soldering it and still nothin. Really can not complain though, we are all aware of the "danger" of ordering chinese packs but for the price there is no reason to bitch!

Well you gave it a go......and the Moral of the story is.....if you want 2 ,buy 4
my guess is that you have a bad solder joint. the same thing happened to one of my 3s zippy lipos......twice....in different spots.
They say a good mechanic only needs 2 tools - WD40 & Duct tape. If it moves, and its not supposed to, duct tape. If it doesn't move, and its supposed to, WD40.
Did you open the packs up? There is going to be a trace of solder missing more than likely. I've had this happen also. On the board I had the whole trace missing.

I did pull the pack apart and try to re-solder the cell that seems to be dead. The only thing I didn't do was pull the "board" off the packs to see if there was anything funky going on underneath as I have no idea how it comes off.
