people say that if we start of with one type of r/c, they say its like a gateway to a different type of r/c. until you try em all.

I've never gone out of the electric r/c cars zone. Ever since I was in primary school. My big brothers actually were the ones to draw me into this hobby, but they no longer enjoy it due to their strains in this life. I also might get out of it by the time I get married and have my own family. Or probably I let my whole family get into the r/c addiction? who knows!!

I got into a decent plane rtr for $75 and upgraded to brushless for another $100. I like flying but I'm addicted to MT's.

My brother and I bought our first T-Maxx about 5 years ago. My brother now has about 4 airplanes (three left...I was there when one bit the dust). I now have two airplanes (el cheapos) and two helicopters (Blade CX and Blade CP).. I can't fly the Blade CP yet...I've tried, but I get quite get it. I can fly the Blade CX pretty well. Its great for the off-season when its too cold for RC Cars and trucks.

Flying is awesome, my favourite's also MTs.. but the only reason for that is not too many people fly, and very limited to places we can fly.. Luckily the Mushroom farm I work in have a huge field and a couple of my buddies fly also.. It's pretty cool, when you can fly in any kind of wind. I even did 65km/h wind a few times...

I just picked up the F-27C (BRUSHLES & LiPo POWER!) as well the other day. Man what an awsome plane! 80+mph! Second plane I've ever flown. First was the SLO-V. Haha! Maybe 20mph max on that one! What a huge difference!
Love my trucks, helis and planes. I believe that if anyone starts off with just a cheap park flyer, they would be hooked.
