Maybe it's a TomBoy thing? I was at my LHS track today running the Revo and Jato and a girl came up and started asking all kinds of questions about what it was, how to drive, how to enter in races, cost, etc. She was only about 10, but she might be a future racer, who knows?

You really dont know, maybe you'll end up in a rotten house, your wife has left you alone, your children are suing you in the court and you are being arrested for loving rc more than anything else........could this really happen????......I surely hope not.
My family is already turning crazy at me for devoting lots of my time for these small lovely machines...:)
Can be true... I know a couple guys who are divorced now, and r/c and their r/c buddies was part of it for sure.

up here in canada we've got a few die hard chicks... there is one that's a pretty decent driver too... most of the other ones come with their husband/boyfriend/kids to the track and pit and marshall... 3 of the most hard core ones got to pretty much all the races we have in our series and even travel to the states for the big races... they are awesome rc chicks... my girlfriend makes and pretty good pit guy(person i guess)... she's not the fastest but she gets everthing done right... the best part it she likes to clean the car... lol
