Welcome to the forums!
The 5700 isnt enough to pull a revo. If you were to use a mamba maxx esc, with a 7xl motor, on 4s lipo it would be ok.
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

The 5700kv motor will get too hot for a revo. Some people have ran the mamba with 5s lipo. 4s lipo will work fine on it.

Some have run 5s or even 6s with no problems...yet. However, 4s should be perfectly fine since it's the same as 12 cells, which it does support. The manual even states a built-in cutoff for 4s.
You could maybe run dual 4600 systems on a Revo without overheating. But definintely not one, let alone a 5700.

Even the 4600 is not reccomended. Get a XL motor.

Slow speed if i get XL motor, I must get 2 x 11.1v 8000mAh LiPo if I want speed. I dont have so much money get two 11.1v 8000mAh LiPo and XL motor:frown: If you know motor what is NOT expensive but it was good motor, tell me. I cant use two LiPo pack, i can use only one...

E-revolution, with a 7xl, 4s lipo will get you good speed, My Gmaxx is running a 7XL, MM and 5s with 13/40 and a slipperential (equivilent to a 13/51 strobe setup on an Emaxx transmission) and it runs in the 40's, $s lipo's and a 15 tooth pinion should be good for mid to upper 30's easy. I'll test the 4s with current gearing and see how fast some time today and report back
Work because i gotta, play because i wanna
People here hate Nitro, I love it. I start it, run it about 50 ft from me and it dies, I go after it. Perfect exercise

What motor is it what you have? What motor is good for my e-revo if i have revo 3.3 chassis and e-maxx transmission? And again, is that: http://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...P80003s&cat=18 good lipo for my e-revo? I think that 11.1v 8000mAh lipo is enough. If is not enough, what is enough:007:? With MM can use only 6-12 NiCad/NiMH or 2-3s LiPo. <---This mean this lipo what i show is enough, if im not wrong:032:

E rev- Go with a 7xl / MM and 4s Lipo, use a ubec or a rx pack....you would be good to go.

actually the current setup is for 5s, but not tested for heat
the 8000 4s packs will be great for you're setup with a 7XL. I'd go woth 4s over 3s as the power will be better. all you need to run this pack is a UBEC, because the internal BEC can't handle the extra voltage of the 4s pack
