Wow this is quite a mess, Dena and Christy are going to need a vacation after this!

I have 2/3 orders now and so far they were right. I'm worried about the third since I didn't get an invoice and customs said it's 5 motors but the order was for 6. I'll find out when it comes tomorrow. My first one was wrong but they caught it in time because I saw the incorrect invoice.

Just let them know either by calling or email and they will send you a shipping label to send the wrong one back free of charges. Also today they are going through all the boxes and verifying that the description in the box matches the motor. They are pulling out guys to get this mixed up resolve as they are both affecting them as much as the end users.

Oh dear...
I just took a look at the invoice attached to the mail.
It says "MOTOR, BRUSHLESS AIR, 1717-1500KV", but I definately ordered the CAR-Version, says so in the first order confirmation as well.
The reference order# is 2142-3047-2994.
Hope your able to catch the packet before it leaves your facility.

Thomas - I sent you a PM I placed an order on the dreaded 24th but havn´t seen anything since. I´ve emailed Christy a couple of times but got no response. I can´t retrieve the order number currently but traveling overseas.

Worst case would you be able to put a 1512 and 1717 car aside for me until I can find the order number for you to follow up.

Just got my order in, and I got 1512/1.5y 1800kv in a 1520 box. I already got in touch with castle and their sending a pre-paid mailer. Are there going to be any 1520's left and if not what happens?

Just a heads up. The 1520 is no longer on the motor sale, we have sold out. If you have already placed an order for a 1520, it will be processed. Plenty of the 1512, 1518 and 1717 motor's left.
