speed is in km/h

the ratio of the diffs is 43/13 right? that is allready there. so all you need to do is fill in the KV of the motor, setups voltage and the used pinion and spur.

and the diameter of the tires (in mm's)

On 6S, you should be able to gear for 40mph without problems. For constant running, I gear my buggy for 35-40mph (app.60kmh, maybe) But for speed runs, I think I squeezed way more out of it :017:

On the buggy I like "slower" motors and more voltage. 6S is plenty!! 5S works fine for me, too. (correct motor assumed!) Already 14Ni cells are enough for a 1/8 bug.

How many rpm/V has the 1940/8??

1960rpm/V on 6S might be a bit too much! Especially for a buggy. You will not find a small enough pinion. 5S would be better, or even 4S.
