Mike definately has some awesome support. I emailed him a couple days ago, so hopefully he'll respond quickly. I know he will. He always does, lol.

yeh he will, i guess he a lil overloaded... it took a few days to get a email response, but usually it takes a day or 2.

Yea, most people get a response in about 2 days, or less depending on how busy he is...I get the 1 hour turnaround though :005: I guess its one of the perks of being a mod :D.

Well this is an average cemetary.. my fastest turnaround was probably around 5 minutes! That was a while back though.. ;)

Yeah, it usually takes him around 1-2 days to respond. His shipping is great also; I placed an order Sunday, he shipped it out Monday, thought it would be here today but I guess not:031: , (we live like 2 hours from each other!) Maybe tomorrow....

Fast turnaround - Mike is like the King of shipping - I talk to him like 5 times a day and he is always packing and shipping stuff - dosent get to design, fab and mill stuff till late at night most times - he da man - HE DA MAN......
