IDEAS for a 1/10 brushless project

OK guys it will be racing time soon and my maxx will not be able to make it in time to race so i want something to race. I will be racing street and i am looking for something to race that is a 1/10 buggy, truck, or maybe but probably not a car. I want to use the mamba maxx setup with either 7700 or 6900 motor. i will be probably running stick packs and eventually moving up to cells but no lipo. I want something durable, fast, relabel(can handle BL well), and race able. I want to stay around 500 with motor ESC and vehicle so about 250 to 275 for a kit then. I was thinking about the losi xxx-4 because i really believe that a 4WD car would be easer to control with all the big BL power. i would prefer 4WD but if you think 4WD would be good to. What do you think anybody used a xxx-4 or have any ideas on a project car to race street with.
