The thing I hate about the Andy Moore edition is the very bad purple color. It makes it look sooooo childish....girlish.....nah...I don't know.
I've finished building the T2'007 and it looks so damn cool. The Cyclone, however, is designed to be tougher than the T2. The suspension mounts and steering arm are all made of aluminum and not plastic.
My only concern is wether the Cyclone is made of high grade 7075 aluminum like the X-Ray or the normal one?!?!...
The name is Alawi. You can call me Al.
Nice to meet you!

well dont come tellin me or my track that lol i love the purple, looks sick! and much better then like ae blue or normal cyclone black
the al is VERY VERY VERY tough! some ass hole kid was radin him bike and he hit my cyclone, ran i about half way over till i threw him off his bike and really scared the crap outa him... i was like WATCH OUT dont hit my car, and i wasnt even movin, i parked it in the curb gutter so he comes to it from the street... but anyways nuthin got bent,, broken, or tweeked, there was the mm in it and he hit that, the caps have a imprint in the bpdy paint.... but all is good
they have taken sevral hard hit to the wooden barriers, and still nuthin, chassis is flat as can be on the tec board

E MAXX Rocks:
Hi,
Sorry I don't have any pics of my Cyclone chassis. I had all of my wires hidden. I shortened the servo leads, leads from the speedo (KO) and mounted the PT in the front bumper (I used a i-PT). all you saw were the wires going to the motor and the wires laying between the cells going to the solder posts.
you should look at the Hara 1/12th scale conversion that's out right now. it works really well on asphalt. we even played with one on carpet for a while. nice kit.
I didn't know it was you. you should of pmed me I would of helped you out if I could. you know who I am here and I am the same name everywhere (my real name)
as for my son. I just have to get a sedan for him. so far he has driven XRay's in the past. we might be getting a Mi3. I'm just waiting for indoors before we decide.
he'll be fast in anything I put him in. I just have to decide what that will be.
Thanks

Personally, I like the purple...It looks good IMO. Also, all the stuff anodized purple from HB is 7075 I believe, so I wouldn't worry about strength.

in my wallet rite now is 2 bucks and a some change, paypal is sending me my cheack for the money =)
thx! i was pissed at how low, but hey i didnt drive it at all so it doesnt bother me, now i dont have to look at it lol
and yeah, i do but a transponder is 92 bucks plus tax, and a bunch of other things for the cyclone, so think of it as this, its a gift card but i can only put it into the cyclone parts, and the track fees to get in
soon enuff i will have my stuff rollin good and smooth, hard in the beginning tho
