Haha. No kidding. We went from talking about adapters to talking about signatures.

Any news on these adapters? Are we close?

I don't want to buy any more 1/10 truck tires if I can use my 1/8 buggy tires instead.

I'll get a set of those. I have a few sets of 1/10 truck wheels for my RCM crt.5, but I'd like to try some of my 1/8 buggy wheels too. However, 1/10 truck wheels are already hard on the wheel bearings and a-arms.

E-CRT.5 Monster - RCM chassis, MM/Medusa 50x3300/3s, truck tires, 1/8 shocks
E-CRT.5 Stock - Sidewinder/4600/2s, buggy tires
E-8ight - Tekin RX8 2000kv/4S
E-8ight T- Tekin RX8 1700kv/5S

Sorry for the no response... the forum did not email me so I figured nobody had responded (I was wrong lol).

I just emailed Jamie again as I still have not received the test pieces. Hopefully soon!

Just heard from Jamie and the hubs are heading my way. Depending on what day they get here I will be sure to give a full review and get some pics up. I am gone thursday evening through sunday evening but will do my best!

I have various 17mm tires so I will post pics with all so everyone can see the sizes. I have a few different mod 1 pinions so will test out the larger sizes and see how they do on 2s/3s on a VXL motor with the MM.

Each adapter is +1 inch PER side. I had him do this as 99% of buggy wheels out there are 0 offset (the hub mounts to the outside wheel face). If you were able to mount this on the stock hex it would narrow the truck by almost an inch. I figured this way it will actually widen the truck about 3/4 of an inch (maybe an inch) total which should help handling/stability.

The only thing i'am concern is about the longevity of the hub bearing
This setup will place alot of stress on it

I have been running Slash adapters on mine even though the hole is a little big on them and I havent had any side effect or anything out of the ordinary yet.

They buggy wheels and tires do work awesome on the little .5 though. I will definitely be getting a set when they become available.

Yah the hub bearings are tiny on the crt.5 and get blown out easily by 1/10 truck wheels. At this time I'm holding out on any crt.5 mods till the new Ofna Blitz comes out that is supposed to be based on the Hyper .5
