It came with a 1518 thats 1250 kv, but that looks like a solid motor. Id rather just keep it instead of trying to sell it and buy that one. I was planning on buy the "important stuff" first, i was just wondering. Do you guys think 1250kv is too low?

that sounds pretty good, I think 1250 on 6s is perfect. that's good, so you just need the esc.

Ok im liking the ezrun v2 150a on ebay for $104 or 105 shipped. The only thing i didnt like about the ezrun 80a i had in my emaxx is that the fan is always on and i think it shortens the run time a little bit. What mah do you guys recommend for 6s?

the fan does not cost relevant power. I think it's good that the fan is always on. I mean, who cares, when you're bashing you don't hear the fan.
you can go for 5000mah, but whith 6s you could even go with less, as you have less amps then in a similar 4-s situation.

you could test your 20s lipos, keep an eye on the temperature, and if they get ballooned. My cheap 20c Turnigy don't make any trouble at all. So before you throw them away, just have a try.

Are you in Austrailia???? (that's where that item is being sold from)

PS. Dont waste your money on aluminum diff cases. Wait until you blow one - if you ever do. More for looks on the Losi MT's.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

Ok i bought a MMM brand new with castle link for $110 shipped! So now i beed some 17mm hexes because i bought savage ones because they were the cheapest and i just realized that the holes will be too small. The truck is supposed to get here thursday via UPS. I dont know when my esc will get here because it hasnt shipped yet. What gearing do you guys recommend for the 1250 kv motor with a 46 tooth spur on 6s? He had a 14 t pinion on it and it didnt look too bad but i dont think it will have any top end???

Got the truck today, and this thing is amazing! Sooooo much better than my emaxx, even though my dad thinks that my emaxx was a lot better. It just feels so much more solid! Anyway, the 8ight battery and reciever boxes fit like they were made for the truck (I think the chassis may be the same as the 8ight T?). The savage hexes I bought won't work, and i was afraid of that but they were only like $6. My esc is supposed to be here tomorrow, and I also got my battery today and I just soldered a traxxas connector on earlier. So, now all i need are some hexes after I get my esc. It came with the mud guards, and I put them both on but then realized that I had to take one off so i could fit the battery tray on it. One of the first things I did was raise the ride height and stiffen up the shocks, because this truck is going to get just a little bit of air I also used the motor fan that came with my sidewinder SCT system, even though it was for a smaller can the plastic stretched and I got it to fit. It came with a 16t pinion, so I don't have to buy one like I thought I did. So, now I'm off to buy some hexes!
