i want the strongest parts possible though since i will be bashing and not racing tooooo much besides some of my buddies which i will jsut blow away.. do not sell outof the powerstrokes on me though.. i might not even make an order for like 2 months or maybe 3 moths which would suck but you have to do what you have to do right? weight is an issue cause i wanna fly but it is not tooooo big of an issue.. i am not sure what a stock truck weighs but i wanna keep it somewhere abround there.... so saving some weight any where rather you can do it through the chasis, suspension arms, it is all good but the main thing is strength on my part... also i need to pick out my servos and motor and speed sontroller cause i decided i will work for a couple weeks (even though i will work all sumemr) and dedicate the money to this truck... the good thing is we do not have any shelf queen trucks in here ( i do not think) would you be afraid to bash a 1000 or more dollar truck? i am incase i bend like an A ARM or something but i will stock some RPM stuff just incase cause iwill not be able to afford the parts after i break them but i have nevver heard of aluminum breaking... only bending which sucks also.... this will be like an ultimate basher/ racer hybrid and will be my first "KIT" truck. no one will have the EXACT same truck since i am not starting out with like an emaxx or anything which will be cool to buy all the parts and build them. so if you guys have opinions on rather or not i should buy all the parts or buy a truck, what chasis, or suspension let me know cause i will think about all of it and think twice but i do know i have been looking at G orilla maxx stuff for about a year now so it would be nice to finally get this done and be able to drive my truck like no tomorrow with a sweeeett brushless system that will rip and bodies car apart where i live.. my friend has an evader.. kill his truck... i am evil when i have speed on my side.. i think maybe 50 MPH with the option of being able to go faster if that is possible.. without spending over like 300 on motor and controller. batteries are going to be a 7 cell pack and going to get a charger and make the thing to charge two batteries at once. goign to buy the batteries already made cause i do not want to mess anything up on this truck like soldering cuase i h vae never done that either which would be helpful if someone would help me solder some how. this truck shall be the coolest truck where i am from being that we do not have a track and there is not very man drivers here maybe 30 at the most in my town. i cannot wait to start this project and for you guys to help me and guide me on the way. thank you all:D :D :D

people are calling me stupid and insane and crazy for spending welllll over 1000 dollars on a truck and then BASHING it. i am haveing 2nd thoughts on this. if i break a suspension arm i am screwed for money. then what am i suppoes to do? if i break the chasis or motor what am i suppose to do? i might go all RPM cause it is cheaper and life time warranty. i like this gorilla maxx stuff. then there is soooo many products the market. i have no idea what to do. i need some guidence and some words of advice (like what i have been getting) and some people telling me how good this stuff is so i do not decide against it.. i have no idea what to do.. AHHHHHHH:confused:

toby, listen man i think you should go with the g3 race suspension from gorillamaxx now that they have the more durable upper arms, it should last you and it comes with 4 upper arms , 4lower arms , 2 shock towers, and alot more stuff u i cant remeber. goto www.gorillamaxx.com and look around there for a bit , i did and i fell in love with the CF chasis and g3 suspension.

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL
