Must....Have....Slipperential.. Seriously, though i'm going to die of no slipperential syndrome, my Gorilla Revo on Nemesis motor and 5s lipo is killing the stock emaxx slipper, tried everything, but the slipper just won't stickHELP if no slipperential, maybe u can make me a set of direct drive brackets and a motor mount and i'll do the rest

Have you tried modding the tranny to use a revo/ new emaxx slipper?

Yes, but the shaft is too long for my single speed and i lack a drill press to put a hole in the shaft to reposition the gear on the shaft.

You can trim down the revo input shaft so that it is the correct length, and nothing more needs to be done except fit the 3.3spec slipper parts and re-fit the input gear (Im sure the stock gear goes in place without having to drill a new hole on the shaft)...
