Best resource for how to build a Lipo pack? - 04.15.2008, 09:19 AM

I bought some cells and I want to assemble a pair of 2s packs tonight. The only tutorial I found was:
http://www.dream-models.com/eco/LipoPack.html
Everything on these (aside from they build a 3s) makes sense, but I wanted to see if anyone knew of any other tutorials, or if anyone had any opinions or recommendations.

FYI: Things I have/will be using
Dean Ultra Wire 12gauge
Ultra Dean Connectors
Deans "racing solder"
Maxamps 10000mAh cells
Hyperion balancing taps (I notice that the above link doesn't mention balancing taps, but I stumbled across a different website that explained those.)

Please let me know of any suggestions you have as I don't want to mess it up.
Thanks

Just try to get the soldering on the tabs done quickly, you don't want to overheat them. Other than that, there's really not much to it.

The only bad thing about the How-To is the lack of balancing wires...

It's not a tutorial but the LBA6 manual has wiring diagrams.
