anyone with MM withdrawl? - 08.31.2008, 11:31 PM

So theres been TONS of MMM posts and MMM owners without working truck..

But im a MM owner that has not had a working truck in 8 weeks. Castle told me when i sent it in, it would be 2 weeks because it was not repairable and had to be replaced. 2 weeks later i was told another 2 weeks. on the 6th week it was another week. On the 7th its now ANOTHER week.

Just curious how many other people are in my boat..or RAFT. (bad joke?)

CASTLE IF YOU SEE THIS. I NEEEEEED MY MM!!!!!!!!!! Iv taken a perfect Maxx 100% apart just to work on it. i even waxed the body. yea, did it do anything? probably not but i had to work on it. IM OUTA STUFF

Waxed the body?!?!?!?!?

That is funny. One thing about electric r/c (and any toy in general) you can always do with some back up vehicles...

me too, I sent back two MMs and $100 for replacement and still haven't got anything back, do they have MMs backorder too? I also got a dead link with my V2 MMM which they haven't yet to replace, was told by CC tech I would get it last Tuesday or so but another week went and still nothing.

Seems there's an MM shortage - the LHS I work at hasn't gotten any in stock for the several months aside from the few MM combos the warehouse had left.

SH Z-Car, Custom Crawler, 8s Savage, 12s XTM XLB 1/7 buggy, 4wd 4-link rear/IFS Pro4 truck, Custom Hyper 10 Short Course, Belt-Drive Mammoth ST 1/8 truggy, 4s 17.5 MM Pro HPI Blitz

Dang you guys are unlucky. I sent in my MM (mamba max, not monster) for repair/replacement about 3 weeks ago (from australia mind you) and got a brand newwy back last friday. My bro returned a dead the sidewinder at the same time and got a brand new mamba max back because they had no sidewinders... Don't seem to be running short on them lol.
