Balancing and charging 2 packs with one balancer and charger - 11.03.2008, 06:07 AM

Hi everyone,
I've got 2 x 2 cell packs which I would like to charge and balance from one charger to save time (as a 4s). Is this possible or will it damage my packs? I have got a series connector to charge them at the same time (connected in series for running) but is there a balancer lead for a Hyperion LBA10 that has a lead for each pack, that would register on the charger as a 4s?
Forgive me if I'm being unclear, it is the morning
Cheers,
Matt

It works fine but both packs need to be at the same level / charge cycles (ish) to work right.

I do this for my 4s setups that use 2x 2s packs - I think briang has a script for this...

I have to update the program. The link it told you to post is just a hyperlink, not an image link. The old program used to assemble the proper diagram image from seperate images and called a seperate page to re-assemble them correctly, so there wasn't a single image URL to post. Now, each image is seperate so posting is easier. I just have to update how the "get picture" button works. Sorry.
