Yeah, it is hard to say, just like that..

i would say 14-16 cells and an 9L-7XL-8XL or a 9XL..

Or a 1930/1940 or 1950.

Size/torque/runtime.

The bigger motors CAN take more power, and they have got a bit more torque.

on 14 cells, a 7XL and a 9920 would be my choice of setup.

Serum - what would run time look like under that combo? Also are there any other controller combos? 9920 never seems to be in stock :-)

Plenty of 9920s in stock at the moment, along with 12020 warriors.
Runtime would depend on how/where you run, along with gearing. 10 minutes should be pretty doable, though.

And if you are looking for more runtime, you could grab an 8XL or a 9XL..

In the rc-monster store, i see there is also a 10xl and 11xl, what would the power and runtime be with 16cells on those beasts?

I like to try a 10 or 11 xl on about 24 cells or so. I think it would be awesome. As far as 16 cells go I would guess a little more run time than a 9xl slyvester. May get a bout 30 min on a set of batts. :D

Peace!

Monster Mike - I'm either blind or ignorant. Where in the store can I find the 7XL-9XL? Also, are these Lehner or Feigao? I'm guessing Feigao, but the names in the store don't quite line up with whats being tossed around in the forum. Also, will you carry the coversion package for changing a standard gorrila chassis to a g2r? Gorillamaxx.com has it listed for $180.

Thanks,

Steve

They're the BK wanderer motors in the RC-Monster store(below the Novaks). They're just made by Fiegao but to BK's specs with better bearings.

You'll need 3 of these too with the BK XL motorshttp://www.rc-monster.com/proddetail...9000325&cat=21
