Novak GTB smoking

lucias RC-Monster Aluminum Offline Posts: 516 Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Boise, ID	Novak GTB smoking - 06.02.2009, 03:38 PM So I just bought a used XXXT-CR with a Novak setup on it. I plugged it and was setting up my steering servo when I notice the smoke coming from the esc.. I shut it off immediately and looked it over. I turned it back on and the fan doesn't work but the esc and everything else works fine.. Have any of you ever smoked a fan or should I have a greater concern?
