2x 2s to 4s & 2x 3s to 6s TAP adapters.

Hi Guys,
I know I've seen this in another thread before, but I can't for the life of me find that thread.

I have some 4x2s packs and 4x3s packs that I would like to charge as 4s & 6s packs respectively. (mainly to cut down on charge time).
Could one of the battery gurus please post circuit diag or DIY on how to make / wire up some balance adapters to do this?

Also does any one know where to buy the right plugs from?

Now all I need to to find where I can buy male balance connectors... Specifically JST-XH and Hyperion..
