Mini E-Revo - 06.28.2009, 12:26 PM

I'm a 1/8 scale kinda guy with MT's and Truggys but wanted something much smaller but Fast & Durable to keep in my Grand Cherokee full time for the "spur of the moment run". So I picked up this little squirt and so far so good,It's ben a great little basher for what it is. The VXL ESC is no where as smooth as a Castle unit which is why I've ordered a Mamba Pro and maybe a different motor (possibly a NEU or a Turnigy, depends on funds availible ?)
I scraped the stock servo and installed a JR-DS368, out went the Am radio and in went the Traxxas 2.4 scored cheap from a buddy. Temp sensor,Dyed the chassis, rockers, links and balanced the wheels and tires. Running on (2) 2s Zippys 1300mah in parallel and have a 3s Zippys for speed runs.
I filled the shocks w/50wt oil but still needs firmer springs, waiting for a order from Horizon

Thank You,
Over at the Traxxas forum everybodys pictures of their trucks have wires all over the place so I decided to shorten my leads and balance plug wires, the Deans compact parallel connector helps the tidyness

Traxxas calls it 1/16th scale ? It's 1" shorter than my 1/10scale TC4 drifter ?
See comparrison photo next to my TX.
