Specs on FLM skid plates for Savage? - 08.17.2009, 02:16 PM

Does anyone know the specs on the FLM skid plates for the Savage. I'm sure they are the std 74mm (assuming) but I'd like to know how long they are. There is the std version and the ext chassis one.

What I want to do is make a new motor plate for my Savage and be able to mount my RCM Nitro Revo motor adapter onto the savage (since Mike doesn't make one) and I figure the easiest/cheapest way would be to make a new motor plate with the proper bolt hole spacing.

Ideally I'd get a RCM unit made for the Savage bolt holes. Basically take the nitro Revo adapter and replace the lower plate w/ one specific for the Savage. I know Mike is busy and this would take some time to do, whereas the skid plate is $12.
