Please help an RC'er out so he doesnt loose his foot.

One of the local painters and friend of mine on RCCrawler had been in a crawler competition last week and had a really bad spill. He broke his foot in several places and well they will not do constructive surgery to replace his foot unless he pays a certain amount up front. If anyone of you can do anything to help and donate a couple of dollars.
