UN-DYING Supporter HERE!! - 02.08.2010, 02:23 PM

I have been a CC buyer since the first smile that my Mamba-fied FT T4 gave me way back when, during my groundbreaking first launch of BL power.

A few months back, I had a super ugly landing splitting my shell on my XT8 and obliterating my MMM v3 esc. It was sad being the esc was only a few months old with 10 runs on her maybe, if that. I sent it in to the guys and fully anticipated to pay for the repair and even stated this when I called on status. Purely without a shadow of doubt it was my fault and negligence on my part!! I was informed by Deana with the repair dept that the MMMs were not in stock and they couldnt tell me exactly when they would be back. I responded, "No biggie you guys have always taken care of me and I am patient so just send her out when you have em." Yesterday I received a package with a NIB sealed v3 MMM.

I dont know what to say....well I do THANK-YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Thats just not enough tho. This is not the first time CC has gone out of the way for me. I just have to say that this company is a dying breed here in the States...world for that matter. I will continue to support this honorable and incredible company. I applaud you Castle Creations for all you effort and support. You did not have to do this but I soooo appreciate it during these tight times. You and your products never cease to amaze this enthusiast. BTW, the new MMM is destined to guide my new 1520 that i got for Christmas.

I did call and proclaim my praise but I wanted others to know of my un-dying gratitude to a sensational company!!!

Thank-you again from an avid supporter!!
