What is your brushless MBX6T setup?

With brushless conversion, is the stock setup still appropriate for you?
I feel the brushless mbx6t is a little too heavy to use stock suspension setup.
I need some references so what is your suspension and diff oil setup?
Spring, oil weight, shock location and so on.

I bought a new mbx6t too and have the same questions about diff and shock setups:)

This is my standard racing setup:

take basic M-Spec setup for camber, caster, toe etc.

shocks - middle holes on towers, middle on arms - depending on the track change holes on the arms.

shocks - 300cts oil allround, front springs - BRONZE Associated , rear BROZNE asscociated or if the track is really broken RED (the hardest) KYOSHO

of course all the springs for big bores

diffs: F-C-R 20-20-10. if you have less aggresive style use 20-20-7

I did use slipperential as i think it is a must have for a racing vehicle. it makes launches and braking much better

Raced mine for the past 2 seasons (kit version).

- RX8 2000 combo on 4S (TP 2)
- Slipperential
- Revolvers and Caliber tires

- Used the stock shock springs with 50WT in front and rear, middle mounting holes in front, outer holes rear (naturally sags to about level).
- Diffs (F/C/R): 10K/7/3
- Ackerman, camber, etc used stock kit set in build

This set-up does not bounce and stays on track all day long.

Why do we need so much thicker diff oils (especially on front) than a buggy (on my hyper 8 I use 5/15/2 and I'm happy with it) ? I'll use tekno V4 conversion on mbx6t do I need stiffer springs on a middle sized slippy and little rough track?

truggy has bigger wheels and is heavier.

Ok thanks. My truggy diffs filled 10/7/3 before and I've only 20k oil right now. I'll try 10/20/7. Any objection?:)
