also what thread size do I need to get for muggy ball cup ends? or is there an upgrade for those besides the losi plastic set? I am looking at working on the steering aspect of the truck right now. Ive got bearings in the bell cranks and the single servo mod with a 9000t and now Id like to upgrade the muggy tierod/turnbuckles to titanium and the best ball cups I can buy! Does anyone have any ideas for me as to the size, or possibly a link for me? I know from base of cup to base of cup the muggy turnbuckles are 2.2 inches or 57mm but I dont know how much longer I should account for, for the ball cups. Thanks guys for any help!

thanks brian once again, I just noticed that there are two different part numbers, one for the muggy and one for the lst. Tanks for clearing that up for me bud!

On second thought, I'm not sure if they're the same length (LST2 and Muggy, that is). I know I've used LST2 turnbuckles on my Muggy, but something tells me I may have cut them down a bit to fit?????

Sorry.

Sorry.
I just measured a new LST2 assembled turnbuckle: 113mm (hole to hole)
and the ones I have on my Muggy: 107mm

So I must have cut them down a little - again sorry for the bad info.

hey brain! I have another question for ya and Im going to start another thread about it just in case you dont get this message. Do you or anyone else know the muggy or lst2 thread pattern on the turnbuckles. http://www.hot-racing.com/index.cgi?...160HBN08;c=160
but I need to know what lunsford buckles to order for them :) thanks guys for any help
I now know that the turnbuckle length from end to end without the ball cups/rod ends are 3 1/4 inches long but I dont know what the thread pattern is! Im thinking that with the lunsford and these rod ends, it should be pretty darned bullet proof! and blingy too!

I purchased the 80mm x 4mm end titanium rock grinder links for crawlers. I got some new rod ends, and purchase some titanium balls for the ball cranks, the aluminum servo horn, and some other titanium stuff that I cant remember right now! hahah I cant wait until this bad boy is done, all I need now is a pimp shell and Ill be done!
