Revo Axle Carrier Dimensions - 05.16.2011, 11:46 PM

Like the title says, I need someone to measure a Revo axle carrier for me. Specifically, the on-center distance between the pillow ball sockets.

In case there is more than one version, I mean this part: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHFZ1&P=7

Thanks!

The carriers you linked seem to be the old style carriers that use a smaller outside bearing and don't have the metal rings around the pillow ball openings. I'm surprised anyone still have those old carriers in stock. The new carriers with bigger bearings and metal rings were introduced on the Platinum Revo and the part number is 5334R

No brain, no headaches.

I bought them off eBay if that helps.

I think I paid ~$20 for 2 sets of driveshafts and 4 complete axle carriers. Not to bad, I think?

It's OK if they aren't the toughest ones out there. They won't be going very fast in my application.

Those carriers are really cheap on ebay and you can swap the steel ring from the "R" version into them or into RPM carriers, as i did.

Those carriers still came in RTR t-maxx...
