Servo saver setting?? - 06.06.2006, 09:19 PM

I have a question about the pro-line servo saver. How do you set the tension on the spring so it's not to tight and not to lose? Last week I hit a curb with my front passenger side wheel and broke both titanium pillow balls, bent both hinge pins, bent the lower a-arm and the hybrib. I know the saver won't help all that damage but with that hard of a hit the saver should have tripped. When I tore it down I noticed the spring was screwed down over half way and that seems very tight. As always your help is appreciated.

the servo saver probably did. The saver can only do so much. When you slam a curb like that it is a lot of pressure on the stuff. It probably slammed the tire back until it bottomed out in the pillow balls. that is what snapped them off. Bent the arms and other stuff to.

Peace!
