Broke my aluminum rear bulks today -
07.31.2006, 10:38 PM
Well today i found a track that was about 15 min from me, so I just had to go try out my truck. Mind you i have never raced it on a track...so I figured I would give it a shot......I was all over the place....I couldn't keep it on the track let alone go past 1/4 throttle. well to make a long story short...there was a guy there running his stock t-maxx...when I mean stock...it was stock all the way...any ways...he said that he could almost clear the triples with his truck and said that I shouldn't have any trouble.....so i came out of the corner and let her rip....and bo did it I not only clered them but came down on my rear wing and snapped my rear tower clean off where they meet the bulks.....and yes they were aluminum....any ways that ended my day...and I have new ones on orderr and should be here by thursday at he latest.....i really need to learn throttle control ect....but I did have fun today

I would love to make the bash but since my stroke I'm unable to work or drive. It would only be a 36 hour drive or a 6 hour flight. When I get back to work I plan on making it over to the shop in NY
