9920 question - 10.02.2006, 08:34 PM

This should be an easy one.

Does it make any difference how the 3 wires are connected to the motor? The 3 motor leads are colored but the 3 coming from the 9920 are all blue. The motor is the Nemesis XL. I'll be testing tommorrow with a fresh 5S LiPo on my LST conversion.

Also, update on the Emaxx with the Mamba Max 5700 and 3S Lipo, running great with a 10 tooth pinion. Extremely fast and never thermals. The 18 tooth stock pinion was geared too high even in low range.

Note the difference in size in the two. The LST is a graphite chassis with all metal drivetrain.

Mine:
2007 Grizzly 700 EPS EFI

Sons:
BL E-Maxx
4S MA 4000 Lipo/MM ESC
Feigao 9XL 22/54 gearing
Gmaxx single speed

Brushless Revo under construction

You can plug them in any way you want if you want to reverse the direction of the motor switch two of the three.
