hot bodies ring and pinion part #s - 11.14.2006, 09:40 AM

hey,
what are the part numbers for the hot bodies 10t pinion and 43t ring gear that fit onto the jammin crt diffs? are they hardened? any other mods needed?

C9009 for the pinion
C9010 for the ringgear

Mike sells the entire diffs as a drop-in

I don't know if it fits.

They fit...MacII did the same thing to lower the gear ratio so he could run a Kyosho spur and get rid of the large steel one.

just bought them at the shop, the pinion gear seems way long. the center cvds don not slide all the way on. what did people use to shim the slack? also does anyone know what final drive macII is using on his crt? thnaks for all the help.

Can you grind off some of the shaft on the pinion to make them fit better instead of shimming them.
