MetalMan + BP-Revo BL Revo Bash - 02.08.2007, 01:49 AM

Well, its a little more than just us and the Revo's. One of my buddies was piloting my Revo 2.5R and one of MetalMan's buddies had his N-Rustler 2.5 (Andrew and John). MetalMan also had his MT2 18SS with him. I had my Jato 2.5 and T-Maxx, but never got a chance to bring em out - oh well.

The Blue BL Revo is MetalMan's. - 7XL, Mamba Max ESC, and 5s2p A123 M1 cells

The HPI MT2 18SS is also MetalMan's. 8L, Mamba Max ESC, and 4s2p A123 M1 cells

The Nitro Rustler 2.5 is Johns. It was put out of commission early in the vid by a failed CVD (lost the pin).

The Revo 2.5R (Nitro) is mine, and was driven by Andrew for the beginning of the video. The last minute or so where the jumps get bigger (crashes too lol) are me driving it.

My G2R is the black and red one - specs in my sig. As you can see, I didn't do anything crazy as I was running with a bent chassis (both X-Braces bent on my last track day!).

Anyways, here's the vid:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...88060189&hl=en

And, a special thanks to Wes, who did the filming. Wes and MetalMan did the editing (I think).

PS. Chances are, round 2 will be this coming Monday. :027:

If anyone happens to notice or care, the wheel change on my G2R was a result of a stripped hex. Also stripped a hex on my Revo 2.5R when pulling the crazy jumps (don't mind my crashing - I mean driving - skills lol).

1st video stil doesn't work. The second one form glassdoctor is very cool. Did anything break? Usually are a lot mroe brittle in the cold. That is one big jump as well. Looks like tons of fun.

whats up! no, the revo has been gone for around a month, so i'm going to build a gmaxx/ue racer. probably going with 1930/1940 on 4s lipo paired with a 36/120 or 36/150(if they make it). i'm waiting to see what gorilla has up their sleeve.:032:

Yea...I've been wanting something I can do like 80mph with hehe...thats where my touring car will fit in...maybe I'll do a few races too (hopefully with some nitro guys so they can drop their jaws to the floor when I blow by them going 2x faster :D )

We had another bash today at the same location. This time, I brought 4 cars instead of 2, but I didn't drive one of them. BP-Revo brought the nitro Revo, his G2R, his 2.5 Jato, and his 18T. Another buddy of mine came with his RC10GT, and BP-Revo's friend Andrew (from last time) also came.

Unfortunately my sister somehow managed to damage the video camera, so we didn't get any video footage. However, we did bring the digital camera and Wes took some still action shots. Here are the pics:

Enjoy!
