Stock E-maxx Setup on E Revo? - 06.20.2007, 05:10 PM

I am thinking of building another E Revo for other people to drive when they are with me that just uses the stock Titans and EVX. For those of you who have done this, what was the top gearing you ran. Is it stuck pretty much at 18/66 like the e-maxx or can I go higher on the pinion, say 20t or 22t?

I have all these parts sitting there like the titans, EVX, axles, arms, and junk I thought this would be worth while.

Ive seen someone do this before. He ran it on two 2s lipos. I would do it for a fun little truck.

I initially set mine up with those, and I did have to change the gearing some what - but I dont recall which way. The Revo diff's have a different ratio than the Emaxx.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

The revo and e-maxx both have 37/13 in the diff so they are the same. I will use the maxx tranny so that will make it the same as the e. However the revo is lighter and should give me more options. I will probably just expirement and see what happens.
