GR3 Revo diff issue -

I just finished my GR3 with Gorillamaxx Single speed transmission and when testing the drive train out it seems the the rear is going in the correct direction and the front is going in the oppiset direction. I tried to reverse the from diff left to right (flipped it over) and the problem still exists.
 I also have a Novak Brushless kit installed. What would cause this? Thanks in advance...  Lee |
