I wasnt so much interesting in buying one (awesome as they are), more just curious if the company is still alive and well....

Stick your chassis on ebay though, and if I stand a chance at winning a bargain, I might bid on it...

Damn, I can understand how you feel. Dare I ask, have you ever looked into getting the designs patented, then releasing them once no-one can legally ripoff your work? I know the patent process is somewhat long winded and complicated, but it would be travesty to have so many good designs go to waste...

A Patent can get expensive and it only takes a few changes for someone to get his own patent as well based on the same design.

exactly.

Lutach, I sent ya a PM a couple weeks ago bout the mount.

I still have the truggy's here, my main problem is finding time to get everything back in line for em. I have probably 15-20 sets carbon fiber chassis, towers and braces already done for em.

Ideally what I would like to do with the truggy is have a couple more guys that can actually machine parts with quality, and have an idea of what the thing is...and build the best electric race truck ever made. There is alot more to the truck than most people know, it can be adapted to nearly any truggy suspension and all kinda cool stuff like that. I wouldnt mind other places to make parts for the truck for example, I am sure Mike could come up with some cool slipperential ideas for it, etc. Its the best platform available period, its made for electric from the get go. I have all the files of course, so the parts can be easily adapted. I just know I dont have the time to build every inch of every truck and give it the support it needs to actually let people race it without letting people down at the track. If I am putting it out there as the best race truck, I wanna be able to have someone parts in hand the next day if they need em.

Yes, I replied and gave you my e-mail address and I also sent you an e-mail for you to send me the file. Your chassis are rock solid and I don't think racers will need any support from you. They will need support for everything else like the drive train they use. Brian the HV saga is just beginning and your chassis can easily fit 10-12S lipos. I will see if the center mount can be made and if so, I'll try it out in my truck first and then buy a few of the carbon fiber sets and add the Kyosho ST-RR suspension on one and try out a RC8 suspension on another. It should be some fun projects and all will be HV. How many people so far still have your chassis that actually races them?

5 of em are out there, all of em are still kickin as far as I know. 4 in the US and 1 in France. I tried to break it and I never had a problem. The weak point is the brace to tower mount, thats the only part I have ever seen break. Its an easy fix, so it isnt catastrophic by any means. The cast plastic ones were the weakest(most were cast), I ran billet plastic on mine and they were unstoppable. Its perfect for the HV plans you have, with room to spare. I will email the files to ya asap.
