Its a reflective Shocker sticker, and no Vaseline in my room, but where do you see that?

I figured it was in there somewhere, given the condition of the poor chair. Looks like it has been "riden hard".

My mom works at a hotel, i got it for free, im always workin on somthin on it, so my hands get dirty with grease and stuff, then i go and wipe my hands on the chair LOL. I think im gonna clean my room now haha.
