Looks like upload speeds are being regulated to allow for faster downloading throughout.

Actually I don't really know. I pay $156/month for phone,tv,internet combined but I have the best tv package which includes all movie channels. If I had to guess I'd say it accounts for $40-45 dollars of the bill. I recently renewed with them and the speed went from 15 mbps to 35. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least.

We're SUPPOSED to be getting 10/1 for about $35, but we're getting 20/1
I would love FiOS... Too bad it's way expensive..
