Check out what my neighbor built! - 10.09.2009, 04:53 PM

Check this sucker out! This guy lives about a block away from my apts and when I went to take my walk around the park the other day, I saw this parked outside his house! Talk about awesome craftsmen ship and just plain kick ass! I don't know the specs on the vehicle or engine, but I want one!! And im sure it costs alot less then a full sized Batmobile!

Because I'm fat, If I can't fit in it I'm not interested :-(

It is pretty cool though.

I retired from RC, now life is all about guns and long range shooting.

Wow, very nice craftsmanship indeed. Although it looked big from the front, after I saw that 1 banger engine...

for all you saying the 1 bangers a POS chill.......thats a 13 hp motor and you can mod those babys threw the roof....if it's a 6.5 hp engine which i doubt there is still enough mods parts to make that engine put 20+ hp at the wheels.

Not sure if that was a joke, but it looks to have a Comet CVT, a smaller version of a snowmobile transmission, which means the thing should be good for some pretty serious speed. And for all the metal work, it doesn't look that heavy to me. Only real drawbacks I see are a large turning radius due to the minimal steering movement, and I could see things getting ugly in a crash of any kind, might be a good idea to have a kevlar suit on, lest the driver be impaled or otherwise maimed... hope it has good brakes!

Some nice fab work there.

Gotta give it to him -- creative.
Freeze - you need to leave a note on it asking why the tire is backwards!

I bet that thing takes some serious arm strength to turn.

Losi 8T 1.0, Savage Flux - XL style, LST XXL, Muggy, 3.3 E-Revo Conversion and sitting outside 425hp, 831 Tq Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel. It SMOKES

Neat. From one standpoint I can appreciate the attention to detail, but on the other hand I don't like batman.
