Probs should've mentioned that i am planning on running this in a XXL with a CC 1520 motor on 8s for some fun but mainly it'll be 4s lipo for me.

I just like to use massively overkill esc's in my cars. I usually get it set up with a normal esc then go for overkill.

I too intend to use 1520 and Mabma XL esc in my Flux XXL size.
As MMM V3 keeps burning up on 6S.

Patrick,

Are you currently offering the 8mm bullets used with the XL kit? I don't see them on the site so I thought I would check to see if they will be coming soon? I wanted them for my batteries to make sure the connectors aren't a bottle neck, if they aren't available yet what do you recommend? Thanks

6.5mm is fine... The avg amp draw is very reasonable...

I read on a board that you would have to modify the bullets to make the thick cable fit inside the 6.5mm bullets?
So for that matter a 8mm bullet would be easier to use, is this correct?

edit: Thomas Porfert answerd my question perfectly and I saw it only afterwards :)

Just a small update, my E-Baja is built and I test drove it tonight, and all I can say is WOW, great job Castle on this insane combo. My two 4s batteries haven't arrived yet due to USPS issues (I'm cursed) but I ran it in front of my apartment on 6s and I didn't even have enough room to get to full speed! I have the brake set to 25% and its just about right for me, the brakes on this thing are crazy good.

I received my shipping info Friday and mine is due tomorrow at the end of the day (6-8pm) and should be installed in my buggy as soon as the connectors have cooled, mostly

If I could only draw what I see in my head, then afford to build it, and finaly get to play with it...

Good to hear, when did you order yours so I have a comparison. I ordered before Christmas and asked for overnight shipping to make absolutely sure it made it quickly, no shipping confirmation yet.
