Like the old saying goes.....do it once......do it right!
not like I can say much though....
I've had several sets of control arms, shocks and whatever else on my maxx too!
And on my car......oh boy! I've had several different sets of heads on it, several different custom grind cams, the list goes on, and, on, and on, and on, and on...............

I ended up breaking 3 stock chassis before I got wise and got an FLM Ext.

Ouch! How did you manage that? I've never broken a single chassis.........

I think the only thing left on mine is the elctronics, shocks and the drivetrain.

Well we all have bad days too. I lost sight of mine on a tight indoor track(another driver backed into me on the stand).....and smacked a wall coming off the big jump. Destroyed a shock, bulkhead, bent a control arm, and damaged a shock tower!
Thankfully it was all before I upgraded to UE Supermaxx but it was still a bummer.

I hit a tree avoiding my niece. (She was five and thought it would be fun to jump in front of it.) One of the afore mentioned chassis a bulkhead, shock tower, and skidplate bit the dust.

Good point. But at the time i was thinking she isn't mine. But I think I have it to where only the bumpers and the body posts will break for no faster than I'm going.
