That was pretty cool. That looks like a newer 12020 as well.
Did you have any idea on the amps it pulled?
Peace!

Thanks for the graphs Promod.
If these are the new 50C peak maxamps packs, they are dangerous close to the bottom, considering they are 2P, I expected more at 125A load. (3.1V) They should be able to deliver these small bursts at 240A
Did you get them with 12 or 14 awg wire?

Ummm..I have a couple of questions:
Promod, you once ran the SuperMaxx with the 2240/10 and 9s. Do you have any idea how fast did it go with that setup?
Also, does the 12020 which you have, uses lipo voltage cutoff?
Thanks.
The name is Alawi. You can call me Al.
Nice to meet you!

the 12020 has got no LVC.
the dirtbonz do balloon, but with a centerdiff you don't need to worry about it too much. For stability, duct taping them might be an option.

The wires are 12 awg. Don't use an LVC. Not sure about the run times, will need to check that later. The tires are dirtbonz and are not duct taped. The tires balloon like crazy with 6S but with 4S its not that bad.
Captain harlock, never made any speed runs with the 9s. Couldn't keep the truck on the ground. I hope to continue that project soon.
Cemetery gates, yes that is the thunder tech chassis. It is one nice piece. I think it was one of the first sold. The chassis are available now at thunder techs web site.
Thank you,
Promod

Very nice, Promod! Why dont you run with an LVC? Or do you just do a couple speed runs and charge? Really fast!
The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

If the wires are 12awg, and these are the new 50C cells, something must be wrong IMO.
