The latest RC Car Action magazine has a brief mention of Mike's slipperential, so I'm guessing it will be available soon.

If you look in the new stuff section, it's purpleish blue.

The weird thing is, it's not the slipperential per say, but the slipper diff. It looks good to.

Lol, it's the same thing. Slipper-differential= slipperential/slipper diff

I saw that artical too. It must be close if its in the magazine. Thats gonna be a sweet product. Wonder what the price is gonna be? Hopefully cheaper than the v1 slipperential for the emaxx was.

I can't decide if its more fun
to make it...
or break it...

Actually, they are different with the same concept. The one in the article is the slipper unit directly built on the diff. The V1 and V2 slipperential si a slipper clutch integrated by gears to a center diff. If that makes sense. Look at the pics and compare and you will see what I mean.

The slipperdiff is much better IMO however, wonder if you can make it work with a maxx? I suppose if you found a way to lower the mount of the motor, it would be feasible.

It'll save you major weight in comparison to the old slipperential and it'll act like a centerdiff with slipper integrated to the diff unit. Now this is something I've been waiting for.

It would be nice to hear something on this. I will assume however that with the bash coming and in progress, may not hear anything for sometime.

V2 for G2R chassis, offers welcome, if you have the dough to take the whole truck.
