LOL No, the cat's still in the bag :)

But here's good news: I finally have my compressed air system running in my house. Complete with moisture trap, taps and valves in my hobby room. Now I will finally be able to get some bodies done.

The lack of worthy bodies kept me from putting the new rides on to the cat-walk :)
And yes, I realize you want to see them naked anyway, but bear with me. I want to have them completed.

Just spent the last 3 hours reading through all your E-revo threads etc and assimilatiing all the detail and pictures; you got skills boy (understatement of the century). Any new pics of the truck? Though I find it hard to believe you could improve it any further.....

Thank you for the kind words, Neil. No new pics at the moment, BUT: I got the okay from the Monster to post some! I will snap some new ones, and post some I took during the last rebuild too.
I hated not sharing it, but that's the thing about testing. And I haven't expected people to ask me for new pics either. Next time I should just build a new one :)

Anyway, pics will follow soon. But here's a list of the goodies. Most are custom made, the extension and "tranny" were done by Mike and me.

-custom extended rear plates, for 1/8 scale dimensions
-6mm Titanium pushrods and turnbuckles, homegrown
-1/8 scale diffs, 3 of them :)
-revo slipper, AKA Slipperential, with nice motor mount.
-rear sway bar, homegrown
-custom wing mounting plate
-flextek arms with custom bushings
-RD Racing axle carriers and 23mm hex-nuts

That's about it, I think. Stay tuned for pictures!

Daf

Thank you Rene! You only ever saw fragments, though. I hope you'll like the complete one just as much.

Damn daf! Sounds similar to some of my ideas! Is Mike gonna carry those homegrown 6mm pushrods/turnbuckles ?

The problem with nitro's these days are that they arent brushless... LOL

I never asked Mike about pushrods/turnbuckles, I made them here. No doubt he could do them, but I don't think there's a real market. People seem to be very happy with the currently available options, such as Lunsford, Traxxas or those CF ones.

Okay, now for some pics. I made these during the last big rebuild, when most of the stuff was still new.
Please ignore things like the toe settings and the generall lack of dirt. :)

First some details:

The titanium rods and turnbuckles. When I still had the RD Logics knuckles.

The new RD Racing stuff.

The rear sway bar, note the extended plates too. (I had to put some extra stand-offs under them in the meantime)

The sexy motor mount. Gear mesh is set from below, nitro-style. The whole mount can slide from side to side.

Now some complete shots!

I will try to shoot some fresh pics too. The slipperential I tested held up fine so far, the diffs too. Along the way I bent two gorilla front skid plates, they are just weak by design. One is bent slightly, the other severe. Let's hope the new ones will be better.
