More likely you need to shim your front and/or rear diffs

i did i added one shim sending the diff closer to the bevel gear same issue , looking at it the gears seem to mesh perfectly

Was the truggy used before you converted it? I had an ofna back in the day that had problems with the gears inside the diff case. After I replaced them with a new set all was good. Also, a slipperential is a great investment....
