You could probably gust take some gorilla glue and rubber strips, apply glue to the strips, and crudely "tape" the tire together via the inside. I used this method once with a 40 series Road Rage I think and it worked fine.

try a Sporting Goods store, I got a tube from Sports Authority it was found in the shoe dept.

very nice, yea you can frankenstien that body with zip ties and duct tape. Love the tire,seems like a bad retread.
