That is definitely true, but $1 plus applicable tax is still better than $0.10 and $5 shipping.

Bummer, I too was hoping that the BEC was electronically adjustable.

My servos are of the brushless type & much prefer to run on 6v. When I plug a 6v pack directly into the rx the wheels turn sitting on the grass, but, not when it's drawing power through the MMM.

I'd prefer the 6v upgrade, but, will they bare the brunt of the international shipping for a problem they should've addressed in the first instance??

I'm hoping so.

Since shipping costs are kinda high, not to mention doing the mod itself, why not just use a Castle UBEC? Cheaper, highly programmable, and handles higher currents. The only downside would be the added wiring...
