Will see what he says I asked for the 60 dollars it was in in shipping+insurance.. Which I thought was fair..

Look at it this way...now that eBay has changed their rules, he can't leave you negative feedback. It really should be in his best interest to make it right so he doesn't get another negative.

Yea, and he also said that they had held the money until he had proved he had shipped the item or I left a feedback which is wierd I thought.. somthing that went with the rule change..

Yep, probably because one of his latest transactions ended with him getting a negative.

So far so good.. he said he would refund the money when they release it to him. So we will see..

That's hella lame. That is why I require 99% or better feedback before buying and I check all of the negatives out to see if there is a trend.

Look you got a very nice truck with a few extras for a very good price, and the truck looks to be in pretty good shape. That is the main thing.

The bottom line is that he lied in his add and he tried to decieve EBay and everyone else to what it is he was selling. That was very uncool and he should suffer some kind of penalty for his crime. If he gives you some money back then great. You still came out ahead with a great deal. Good luck with your new toy, and have some fun. You will soon forget the issue.
