3: My first R/C was the A-Team van. It was this one actually.
3a: My first "real" R/C was the original E-maxx. I had tons of Tyco and Radio Shack stuff before that.

started in hobby 11 years ago, got out around 9 years ago (first RC was cool, but slow) got back in 2 years ago.
Kyosho USA-1 (electric) (Technically my brother and I want halfsies on an associated buggy ~14 years ago, but he lost the ESC and then never assembled the kit.)

though my very first nitro powered truck was one that was made by Cox and was powered by the .049 engine they have, was a off road stadium truck design that wasnt radio controlled but you would lock the wheels and it would go around in circles...I had this when I was 12 yrs old
