Yes, I was talking about the resistor. Patrick stated the resistor value was too large. However if it was larger, it would take longer for the caps to charge.

At any rate, don't use a resistor for the MM or the MMM. Really, 6s doesn't need one because the spark isn't too bad. It's when you start getting to higher voltages that it's quite noticeable.
