A balancer is just what it says. If you run a 3s pack of lipos. A balancer will make sure that the three cells are the same voltage.

for charging; you can ballance the cells, so they get both charged at/till the same voltage.

You can add them.. it is possible you might need some special solder.. (depending on the material of the tabs)

Okay. Will the balancing wires have to be thick, 12g wire?

I guess my Lipo charger won't support ballancing anyway.

No, a balancer is a seperate device, that needs a lipo charger.

check that 205 or 210.
